Activities to build strength for lax ligaments? - the functional trainer teeth
My sports med doctor says I have a physiological laxity. I do the dishes, but my biggest limiting factor is that they are not strong, but support them with flexibility. I go to the gym 3 times a week (mainly functional training). My coach advised me to study yoga with more speed than they currently receive. I also thought of a ballet acro / gymnastics. Proposals for the group of other activities supporting the development of strength in the upper range of motion? Thank you!
